Can I search for routes and operators without registering?

Absolutely. For checking routes and fares etc, you DO NOT have to register or sign-up.

How much do I pay for booking online?

Well, the bus ticket price is the same – whether you buy from us or from the operators/agents. In addition, we DO NOT charge any transaction or convenience fees - you are right... Rs. 0! extra.

On what name does the booked ticket’s transaction appear on my credit card statement?

For tickets booked on MyBusTickets.in the transactions will appear against the name “Culligence Software (India) Pvt. Ltd”.

How do I get my e-Bus Ticket?

Once you book the ticket on, we will immediately send an email and an SMS confirming the transaction and the e-Bus Ticket. You may take a print out of the e-Bus Ticket and take it with you when you are boarding the bus. The SMS is also accepted as an e-Bus Ticket.

Can the passenger and person who purchased the ticket online (using his/her card) be different?

Yes. Only thing to keep in mind is that the passenger on whose name the ticket is purchased needs to be able to prove his/her identify if needed (using Driving Licence/PAN Card etc as ID Proof).

What are the cancellation policies?

Each operator may have a different cancellation policy. In general, you can cancel your tickets and the amount refunded depends on the time cancellation is made and the operator. Please contact our call centre for more details when you need to cancel.

How do you refund the money in the case of cancellations?

MyBusTickets.in will refund your money directly to your debit/credit card/bank account after deducting applicable cancellation fees. Please contact our call centre after you initiate an online cancellation request. The refund is done within a couple of days of your request.
