Important Terms and Conditions:
1.  MyBusTickets.in (MBT) is ONLY an online and Mobile Bus Ticketing agent.
2.  MBT does not own buses or operate bus services that are available on MyBusTickets.in
3.  Passengers are required to present the following information at the time of boarding the bus:
  1. A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail or a SMS of the booking confirmation sent by MyBusTickets.in).
  2. Proof of Identity - (PAN card or Voter ID card, Driving License, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport). The operator may not allow the passenger to board the bus if the necessary proof of booking is not presented.
4.  MBT helps customers find the best service/operator based on their budgets/preferences and helps with the online and mobile booking.
5.  MBT also helps customers in refunds/cancellations when needed and provides phone and email support
6.  In case you are not sure of the exact boarding point, please call the operator to locate the exact boarding point
7.  MBT is not responsible or liable for the following:
  1. The bus operator's customer service issues or not departing/arriving on time
  2. The bus not being clean or not meeting the customer's expectations
  3. The customer missing the bus due to not waiting at the correct boarding point
  4. Cancellation of the trip by the operator due to unavoidable circumstances
  5. Lost/Stolen/Damaged baggage of the customer
  6. Last minute changing of a customer's seat by the operator to accommodate a Lady / Child / Senior Citizen
  7. Changes in the boarding point and/or using a pick-up van at the boarding point to transport customers to a larger bus departure point.
8.  Bus Change: In the event of a change of bus type (AC/Non-AC/Sleeper/Seater) by the the bus operator, MyBusTickets.in will refund the difference in fare amount to the customer, provided the customer notifies MBT via email (with sufficient proof) within 24 hours of the journey.
9.  Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policies of each bus operator are clearly mentioned on the ticket. Please read them.
10.  In case a ticket is cancelled or the transaction fails for any reason, the online booking transaction fees or the office/home delivery charges, will not be refunded.
 
Payment Options
Online Card Payments
Visa, and Master Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

MyBusTickets.in, as a Verisign Certified Site, uses the latest 128 bit encryption technology and other sophisticated methods to protect your credit card information. You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the Website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that MyBusTickets.inoffers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.

If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by MyBusTickets.in 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.

MyBusTickets.in may charge a convenience fee on all bus bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this convenience fee is non-refundable.

Payment Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on MyBusTickets.in until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.

Electronic Tickets ("e-Tickets")

What is an e-Ticket?
An e-Ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique booking number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number to the bus operator in order to be able to board the bus.

How will I get my e-Ticket details?
Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone.

MyBusTickets.in. shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.
